Class location demonstration: downloads
=======================================

A 36-inch intrastate gas transmission line in Denton and Collin counties, from the Texas RRC public pipeline dataset.
The reported reach runs 70.64 miles from the Tarrant/Denton county line to the last Collin/Grayson crossing and includes 6.69 miles along the Grayson County side of the Collin/Grayson county line.

Analysis year 2026, run 2026-11-07T20:25:24+00:00, engine classloc, perpendicular cluster boundaries.
Regulatory basis: 49 CFR 192.5, 192.609, 192.611 (eCFR as of 2026-11-04).

Files
- classloc_2026.gpkg.zip: GeoPackage in EPSG:2276 (NAD83 / Texas North Central, US survey
feet) with every layer: class segments, class by year, raw class, corridor, structures,
secondary buildings, assembly candidates, centerline conflicts, near-threshold stretches,
change markers, predicted lots and predicted segments by horizon, class sensitivity.
- tables_csv.zip: the same tables as CSV.
- segments_kml.zip: class segments as KML (EPSG:4326).
- shapefiles.zip: class segments and structures as shapefiles (EPSG:2276), field names cut to
  10 characters.
- records_192_5d.zip: one JSON record per segment in the sense of 192.5(d): class, method,
parameters, governing window and count, the structures that determine the class with their
sources, change history, data vintages, run.

Stations are feet along the analysis line from its west end. Mileposts count from the
start of the reported reach (the Tarrant/Denton county line).

This site demonstrates a class location method on public data. It is not a compliance determination for any operator. Class locations are computed from public building, parcel and pipeline data whose positions and dates carry the errors described on the methods page. The 192.609 study years and 192.611(d) deadlines are hypothetical: they assume the line operates above 40 percent of SMYS, which is unknown for a public line.
